Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Riverside, CA. You will create an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand with integrity, and build loyalty with guests by sharing AE & Aerie product knowledge.

In this role you’ll engage customers, explain product details, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a proactive team player and support store goals.
