Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an exceptional shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

The role emphasizes energetic, people-focused service with a friendly, brand-loving attitude and adherence to store policies. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to achieve store goals with teamwork.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
