Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Grandville, MI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store.

You’ll create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, share product details, and help them find items they love while representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work everyday. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and delivering great service.
• Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• AE/Aerie product enthusiast. + Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, first-name approach.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
