Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll represent the brand values, promote AE and Aerie products, and engage customers using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need while delivering friendly, energetic service. You’ll adapt across the sales floor, fitting room and stockroom, upholding policy and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and suggest fits that meet customers’ needs.
• Share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Adapt to any zone; flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Innovative problem solver prioritizing guests’ experience and resolving concerns while respecting company policy.
• Be a team player, always ready to assist teammates and get the job done.
• Act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
