American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You are the face of our company, excited about AE and Aerie products, and eager to build loyalty with every interaction. You’ll engage guests using storytelling, share product details, promote the loyalty program, and move between Salesfloor, Cash wrap and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
