Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in East Rutherford, NJ seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to help guests find what they need, build loyalty, and represent our values with your authentic self.

You’ll love AE and Aerie products, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and stockroom. Prior retail experience and a positive, energetic attitude are a plus.

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
