Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and represent the brand with energy and authenticity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests and educate on product details.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
• Support team with a positive attitude and collaboration.
