Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador for a Germantown, TN store to bring the AE & Aerie brand to life for every guest. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience, sharing product knowledge, and building loyalty with customers.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, while upholding brand standards and policies. Prior retail experience and an energetic, people‑oriented attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team to get the job done.
