Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they need using AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AEO and Aerie products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flex between various store zones as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to complete tasks.
