Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) in Green Bay, WI is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product details, building loyalty, and representing AE values with your authentic self.

You’ll work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. You should love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced setting, and be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to achieving store goals.
