Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Des Peres, MO. You will bring the brand to life in-store, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and help build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll embody AE/Aerie values, show your real self at work, and support store operations across multiple zones. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting
• Experience in fashion/retail helpful

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want, with a friendly, “friends first” approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure store goals are met.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEPolicies & procedures.
