American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in South Burlington, VT seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

As the face of AE, you love our products, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on details, and invite them to join our loyalty program. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom with energy and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and providing great service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
