Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, share product knowledge, and help guests find what they need while promoting AE loyalty programs.

You'll work acrossSalesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fittings and stockroom, staying energetic and guest-focused while upholding company policies and values. Prior retail experience is a plus and must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to engage customers and educate them on products.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
