You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. • Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
