Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Grand Island, NE is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You will provide customers with an amazing shopping experience and be the face of our company, proudly representing AE values and products.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and personable with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products helps you connect with guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold brand standards and integrity.
