Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, energizing customers with AE&Aerie product knowledge and loyalty program details.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and resolving guest concerns while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

You love interacting with people!
You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
You've worked in retail before.
You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they're looking for.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Be a team player and contribute to the store's success.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
