Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Peoria, IL seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and warmly promote the loyalty program while flexing between salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom.

You’ll work evenings, weekends and holidays, with pay determined by experience and location. Prior retail experience is preferred and you’ll represent our values with authenticity.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using the AE Selling Model to help find what they need with a friendly, customer-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies.
