Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Orlando, FL to bring our brand to life daily and ensure an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You are the face of our company and pride yourself on product passion, service, and brand loyalty. You’ll work across the Salesfloor and fitting rooms, engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, sharing product details, and introducing the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and guest engagement abilities.
• Energy to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the store team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
