Job summary

AEO is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lynchburg, VA to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and you’ll help build brand loyalty with a friendly, “friends first” approach.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, flexing to meet store needs while upholding company policies with integrity. Join our team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to adapt to Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
