AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Leesburg, VA to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company, energized to educate on AE and Aerie products and to build brand loyalty.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Integrity and teamwork are essential as you represent AEO values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Provide a friendly shopping experience to guests.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Promote the AE loyalty program to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and assist your colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and company policies in all interactions.
