Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Scranton, PA to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and embody our values, sharing enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products with every guest.

You’ll engage customers using the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You bring energy and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while upholding company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
