Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and be the face of our company, proud of the products and values you represent.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Enjoy interacting with customers.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Team player and support teammates.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
