Responsibilities

1. Motivated to drive their business daily and achieve sales goals.
2. Proactively focus on the customer at the core of all decisions.
3. Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
4. Utilize various shopping methods and support the use of new technology.
5. Represent customer experience expectations in store.
6. Deliver consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
7. Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment.
8. Engage in networking to build a clientele.
9. Provide ongoing feedback to management.
10. Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods.
11. Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs., and work with chemicals if needed.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
