Responsibilities include:

1. Motivating to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
2. Focusing on the customer to proactively drive business.
3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
4. Utilizing 'More Ways to Shop' and new technology to enhance results.
5. Representing customer experience expectations in-store.
6. Delivering consistent brand-aligned experiences and supporting store vision.
7. Championing RL core values and fostering a collaborative environment.
8. Networking to build a clientele and providing feedback to management.
9. Supporting alternative purchasing options and broadening product discovery via digital tools.
10. Ensuring store standards are maintained at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
3. Ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed.
4. Ability to operate registers and stand/move for extended periods.
5. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possibly overnight shifts, and travel.
6. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
