• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on the customer first approach.
• Understand sales goals and consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as SPH and data capture, utilizing key tools and resources to drive performance.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by collaborating with the team and maintaining standards across all brand touchpoints.
• Engage customers through our Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on programs, initiatives, and available resources.
• Assist in the fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
• Maintain store policies, standards, and processes on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Support operational activities like floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in training sessions related to compliance, product knowledge, and talent development.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to management regarding products and category opportunities.
• Maintain visual standards using company guidelines.
• Support a positive, professional work environment aligned with company values and policies, collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Preferred: Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including weekends and overnight shifts, with potential travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
