Job summary

First Citizens Bank is hiring a part-time Sales and Service Representative for our Hendersonville branch. You will handle transactions and customer service requests while educating customers about bank capabilities and tools.

You’ll also identify and refer sales opportunities to the right bank partner, supporting branch sales goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, customer service, adaptability, and teamwork as you help the team deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and technology.

Responsibilities
