Qualifications

• Learns and operates powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare will call orders and stage shipping product.
• Prepare backorders and stock placements.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Keep branch appearance up to Grainger standards and follow safety guidelines.
