W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Associate (part-time, ~20+ hrs/wk, 1st shift, weekdays) to connect with walk-in customers using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude.

You will maximize sales opportunities and build customer loyalty while supporting warehouse tasks. You will report to the Store Manager, work flexible hours, and safely lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience: product selection, order entry, and loading customer vehicle.
• Maximize sales opportunities and foster customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipping product.
• Prepare backorders and stock received; assist merchandising and inventory.
