You will provide solutions with guidance, manage product selection, and accurately enter orders to load customer vehicles. The role offers hourly pay in the range of $18.85 to $23.56 per hour, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willing to work flexible hours within branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from product selection to order entry.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and showroom replenishment.
• Prepare backorders and stage shipments.
• Learn and navigate computer systems for operations.
• Perform inventory counts and housekeeping to Grainger standards.
