Responsibilities

• Sell tickets at the window during events and normal hours.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change.
• Maintain ticket counts and complete daily sales reports.
• Assist patrons with seating, prices and event information.
• Operate Will-Call window and respond to service requests.
• Keep records organized and perform light clerical tasks.
