This role oversees daily ticketing operations, patron database management, online sales, customer service, and supervision of other part-time staff for approximately 70 performances and events annually. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong customer service and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate trends.
• Proactive mindset with capacity to suggest process improvements.
• Experience with ticketing software (Etix) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to patrons and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accurate processing of ticket transactions in Etix.
• Oversee data management and posting of events in Etix system.
• Collaborate with departments to boost sales and promote performances.
• Maintain an up-to-date box office website content.
• Supervise ushers and box office staff for events.
• Create training materials for ticketing and customer service.
