Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and GAAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record daily income, expenses, and financial activities into accounting systems.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and track balances.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements and reports (P&L, balance sheets).
• Process payroll and maintain tax withholding compliance.
• Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
