Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience with proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Ability to work independently in a digital, paperless environment.
• Payroll and commission reconciliation experience; insurance industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Track, process, and reconcile client payments across carriers, finance companies, and EPIC.
• Submit payroll and ensure commission payouts are allocated to producers and staff.
• Coordinate with management and remote bookkeeping support to align financial records.
• Provide accurate reports for the CPA, converting data into QuickBooks.
• Research and resolve financial discrepancies independently with solutions.
• Handle checks, invoices, and other financial documents needing in-office attention.
