Great Livin' LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage production bookkeeping for Great Livin' and related entities. This W-2 hourly role is 28 hours per week and compensation is based on experience.

You will handle routine AP/AR, receipts, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy while working closely with our Professional Accounting Consultant. Strong QuickBooks experience and high-volume processing are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise.
Experience with reconciliations and high-volume processing.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.

Responsibilities

Process routine accounts payable and receivable, approved invoices, deposits, vendor records, and payments prepared for approval.
Process ~2,000 receipts monthly from SharePoint into QuickBooks by matching docs and attaching receipts.
Prepare bank, credit card, AP, AR, and client-fund reconciliations for review.
Maintain client ledgers and related records for deposits, disbursements, cards, and petty cash.
Complete month-end bookkeeping support and reports for accounting review.
Identify duplicates or unusual transactions and follow through on issues.
