Job summary

Qualifications

• Move, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes for the Cafe, Banquets, and Hotel Bar.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas; minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio.
• Assist in opening and operating during cafe and room service hours; maintain a fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Keep knowledge of menus and required preparations to meet hotel standards.
• Follow company standards and brand guidelines for appearance, behavior, and safety.
