Job summary

Watermark BR is seeking a part-time Outlet Busser (Back Waiter) in Baton Rouge, LA. The role supports servers and bartenders by refilling bread baskets, assisting with beverages, and maintaining clean tables and restaurant areas throughout service.

You will work under the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Director to uphold high standards of service and sanitation in the hotel’s restaurant. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant hotel or food service

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Provide water and bread service throughout the meal.
• Assist with coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Know the menu and answer questions confidently.
• Clear, sanitize and reset tables in assigned section per standards.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked for the meal period.
• Complete opening and closing duties and cleaning per checklists.
• Ensure dishes, silverware and glasses are removed from public areas and guest floors.
• Foster a strong, team-oriented work environment and exceed service standards when possible.
