Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our billing team. You will work with our billing system, verify manifests, and audit bills of lading to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

We value reliable, detail-oriented individuals with MS Office proficiency. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay starting at $17 per hour, weekly pay, and participation in our 401(k) plan and annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a typing test provided by A. Duie Pyle.
• 1 year of prior data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor or part of a team.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verifying and manifest checking information entered by billers.
• Entering information from Bills of Lading into the computer system.
• Auditing billers and manifest checkers for accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting potential issues to management.
• Transferring data into files and/or database systems.
