Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc is seeking a Part-time Data Entry Clerk to support our billing system, verify manifest information, and audit bills of lading. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and timely data handling.

Qualified candidates should have a typing test, data entry experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings and evenings, is required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a typing test provided by A. Duie Pyle
• 1 year of prior data entry experience preferred
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and or as part of a team
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment: strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Biller responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Verifying and manifest checking information enter by billers
• Entering information from Bills of Lading into the computer system
• Auditing billers and manifest checkers based on accuracy and completeness
• Reporting potential issues to management
• Transferring data into files and/or data base systems

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Part-timeData Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for working directly with our billing system, manifest checking information, and auditing bills of lading.
