Qualifications

• Ability to deliver community presentations to diverse groups.
• Diplomacy, tact, and courtesy when interacting with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a messenger of faith, mission, and purpose for employees and families.
• Make regular visits to company worksites to build relationships and trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families as needed.
• Assist with funeral planning and post-loss support.
• Support in coordinating spiritual enrichment activities and resources.
• Represent the ministry to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
• Respond to leadership requests within the agreed scope of duties.
