Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking part-time chaplains to serve employees and their families at client sites in the Denver area. You will provide spiritual support, relationship-building visits, and confidential pastoral care within a Christian ministry framework.

Work is typically 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Requires regular travel to client locations and strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse employees and teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team in a field ministry setting.
• Ability to listen attentively, communicate clearly, and relate to diverse groups.
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian ministry within company policies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential personal information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel to client worksites weekly for visits.

Responsibilities

• Make regular weekly visits to client worksites to build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral support to employees and their families.
• Offer spiritual guidance and ministry resources in response to personal and family issues.
• Coordinate with Executive Director of Operations on additional duties as needed.
• Participate in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
