Job summary

MCHAP is seeking a part-time Chaplain to serve employees and their families remotely from Colorado. The role involves weekly site visits to interacts with staff, providing confidential pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and grief support as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites weekly to build trusting relationships.
• Provide pastoral care to employees and immediate family members.
• Offer spiritual guidance and, when needed, arrange funerals or memorials.
• Support employees during grief, illness, or personal crises.
• Coordinate referrals to external resources as appropriate.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation about Employee Care Service.
