Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains seeks a Part-Time Chaplain to support employees and their families with pastoral care in a faith-based setting. The role involves visiting client sites and coordinating confidential support in alignment with company values.

This position requires Spanish bilingual ability, 2–4 hours per week, and flexible visits to DeKalb/Sycamore, IL and other client locations. Remote field work is common with on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual ability is required.
• Ability to visit client sites weekly and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and pastoral counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Visit worksites weekly to minister and build trust with employees.
• Coordinate care and refer to specialized resources as needed.
• Support employee care programs and respond to emergencies.
