Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator in Chelan County, Washington, to support a local income-qualified energy-efficiency program. You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, handling scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks to help the team scale with demand.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication (English/Spanish), strong organizational skills, and comfort with technology. Time is fully in-person with a preference for Wenatchee area residents.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional-level bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or program coordination.
• Comfort with learning new databases/software quickly; QuickBase experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications for program staff and energy auditors.
• Maintain program records, paperwork, correspondence, and data in QuickBase.
• Process payments, perform data entry, and support reporting and data quality efforts.
• Support daily program operations and ensure compliance with program requirements.
