Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Experience in customer service or program coordination.
• Experience with or connection to low-income communities.
• Experience with low-income or energy-efficiency programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local program representative and first contact for customers and visitors.
• Provide customer support to customers, contractors, and visitors.
• Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and communications for program staff and energy auditors.
• Maintain program records, paperwork, and data in QuickBase.
• Process payments and perform data entry.
• Support reporting and data quality efforts.
• Support daily program operations and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Assist Program Manager on customer-facing and administrative tasks.
• Support a local income-qualified energy-efficiency program to help customers reduce energy bills.
