Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Financial Service Representative (FSR) I at the St George Sunset Branch to assess member needs, advise on MACU products, and support loan servicing and cross-selling to help members achieve their financial dreams.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday shifts, offering starting pay of $19/hour plus incentives, plus medical/dental benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to satisfy needs by recommending credit union products and services.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure while handling member requests.
• Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Opens new accounts, services existing accounts, and explains products to members.
• Cross-sells MACU products and services to meet member goals.
• Meets sales and service goals and uses lead lists for outreach.
• May require travel to other branches and responds to communications promptly.
