Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-focused individual for our St George Sunset Branch. You will assist members with transactions, open new accounts, and explain MACU products to meet their financial goals.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer care and opportunities to cross-sell while maintaining accuracy in daily operations. English/Spanish bilinguals are welcome, with competitive pay and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services during consultations.
• Process transactions accurately and follow branch procedures.
• Maintain neat work area and respond promptly to communications.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and ensure branch security.
• Create positive member experiences and support sales and service goals.
