Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a part-time Health Navigator to support Nepali-speaking clients with culturally responsive case management, interpretation, and care coordination in Aurora, CO.

The role involves providing language interpretation, assisting with transportation and appointment reminders, and coordinating with therapists and other providers. A Bachelor’s in human services is preferred, and English/Nepali bilingual skills are required.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a human services field or related experience.
• One year of direct service provision in human services/navigation preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License per organizational requirements.
• Medical interpretation certification or willing to obtain one.
• Language fluency in English and Nepali.

Responsabilidades

• Provide language interpretation to clients receiving behavioral health services.
• Provide case management, coordination, and outreach to immigrant/refugee communities.
• Assist with transportation, reminders, and attendance at appointments.
• Act as a cultural broker and advocate between refugees and diverse providers.
