Qualifications

• Experience in a similar capacity, preferably as a Certified Application Counselor or Health Coverage Guide.
• Customer service background with direct client contact.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aspects of the State Drug Assistance Program.
• Inform clients about healthcare reforms and SDAP.
• Assist clients with enrollment in health insurance plans.
