Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time Chaplain to serve client employees remotely, with regular site visits to worksites. The role requires Spanish bilingual fluency and involves providing confidential pastoral care, grief support, and referrals as needed.

Chaplains will engage with employees and families, offer spiritual guidance, and participate in orientation and coordination with company leadership. Some visits may occur on-site depending on client requirements.
