Responsibilities

• Visit client worksites weekly to interact with employees and build trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues and grief support.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and coordinating care resources.
• Offer post-termination care support and spiritual enrichment activities as appropriate.
• Distribute literature and resources related to life issues and wellbeing.
• Represent ministry services to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
